Delete your account

You can permanently delete your FieldOps account and the data associated with it at any time, from the app or by emailing us. No phone calls, no retention specialist, no "are you sure" theatre.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

  1. Open FieldOps on your phone.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm with your password and the code we send to your email.
  4. You'll see a confirmation screen — your account is queued for deletion.

Option 2 — By email

Send an email from the address registered on your account to [email protected] with the subject Delete my account. We'll confirm within one business day and complete the deletion.

Active subscription? Cancel it first in the App Store, Google Play, or your account settings. Cancelling deletion does not refund unused subscription time.

How long it takes

Account is locked immediately. Production data is removed within 72 hours. Encrypted backups containing the data expire and are overwritten within 30 days. You'll receive a final confirmation email when the process is complete.

Before you go — would an export help?

If you want a copy of your data before deleting, Settings → Export → Download all data gives you a CSV bundle with customers, jobs, quotes, invoices and a media URL list. It's free on every tier.
